Alsatian house from Kaysersberg, miniature ceramic

Handcrafted replica of a half-timbered house from Kaysersberg, an imperial city of the Holy Roman Empire, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.

Whose name means "Emperor's mountain," Kaysersberg became an imperial city in 1293. Birthplace of Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Peace Prize winner in 1952, it is dominated by the ruins of its 13th-century imperial castle and traversed by the Weiss River. Its Renaissance and half-timbered houses make it one of the jewels of the Wine Route.

Each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted, making it unique.
