Colmar, whose historic center was preserved from the destructions of World War II, boasts an exceptional architectural heritage: the Pfister House (1537), the House of Heads (1609), the Little Venice district with its houses reflected in the Lauch river. Its cobbled streets, fountains, and flower-filled facades make it one of the most visited cities in Alsace.
